Made from the severed and animated hand of a giant, a hand cart follows its master or his designee unless otherwise instructed, usually carrying goods in its hollowed wrist. It’s armor class, hit points, speed, carrying capacity and immunities depend on the giant from which it was taken:

In combat, the hand cart can make a Slam attack with +3 to hit dealing 4 (1d6+1) bludgeoning damage.
The process of creating a hand cart entails severing the hand of a living or very recently dead giant and within the hour inserting into it the heart and brain of one who always heeded his master in all things and was never heeded himself. A poultice made of clay and the giant’s blood is used to secure the heart and brain and 6th level spell slot is used to cast a spell very much like Otto’s Irresistible Dance to make it a permanent hand cart.
Alternatively, Animate Dead can be used to create a hand cart lasting 24 hours.
