Raglan’s Journal 09

Our delay in Araj has been more of a disaster than I could have imagined. It seems war has broken out between House Damian and House Grey. Grey has some kind of supernatural power aiding their cause. Damian has lost a great deal of ground and it seems that the college is under siege and about to fall. To make matters worse, Gordon from the college and at least one other mage are here near the coast, looking for us and seemingly near death.

We have been following the coast for a couple of days now and have yet to find them. Ahead are formations if rock that seem a good place to hide, we hope to spend the night there this evening. With luck, those we seek will be there. It is maddening to be wandering out here in the wilderness when House Damian is on the verge of destruction. I do hope we find someone on whom to inflict my frustrations soon.

Our latest session ended halfway through a battle, and since Raglan wouldn’t pause to write an entry in the fight, those details will have to wait until the next entry.

These journal entries are going to be in-character play reports from ByW’s campaign, which we are going to alternate playing with the Tyranny of Mundanity campaign. My character, Raglan “the Light”, admires RiH’s character, Anduin Damian and follows him believing his place in history will be as a companion of the royal adventurer. He is impressed with their elven companion, Juniper (played by BiW), but does not know her well.
